Soto Comfort Care is a subsidiary of Marcanne S.A. of Luxemburg, a private investment vehicle specializing in investment in small business ventures, principally in the consulting business in Europe. In 2005, after a market review had been conducted, it was decided to start operations in the Sotogrande area. This review had indicated that there had been and were a number of less than serious operators in the market, who had, because of unprofessional behaviour, seriously damaged the reputation of comfort management companies in the area.
Every member of Soto Comfort Care’s management team has at least 20 years of experience in the service industry.
