Ensuring your property is clean and safe at all times
If you only use your property on certain occasions during the year, you shouldn't have to come to a house in disarray and spend your precious time here fixing costly problems. You don't want to worry about the state of your property while you are abroad.

Operating on the principle that prevention is better - and far cheaper - than cure, we assign a Comfort Manager to regularly check your property, ensuring there is no internal or exterior damage, no leakages, malfunctioning equipment or any other signs of damage.
Working with the inventory list, we also check that nothing is missing, and liaise with the security company in order to maintain a high degree of security and vigilance All of this is done before we provide a concise but detailed regular report.
We will also react to unusual circumstances, visiting the property after bad weather to ensure nothing is amiss, or resolving any problems that may have arisen We also ensure that all appliances and technical systems are in full working order before you arrive After all, there is nothing worse than being without water or air conditioning in August!
Maintenance services:
- Weekly visits to your property to check on condition and air the property
- Inventory check
- Checking appliances are in full working order
- Security system check and liaison with security company
- Regular reports that inform you of the state of the property and, if required, a report of needed repairs with costs and recommendations
- Deep cleaning of property where required
- Arranging pest control
- Arranging gardening, maintenance and pool cleaning, etc.
- Cleaning and preparing of your property prior to your arrival
- Collecting and forwarding your mail if required
- Any other items you may wish us to check on and report back
