You have built your dream home and the property is almost ready to move into It's an exciting time, but also one when many things can still go wrong, potentially causing delay, expense and a great deal of irritation when all you want is to move in and enjoy your new home
It is an important time to have someone at your side, or if you are not here, someone to act on your behalf. SCC has the experience to resolve and fast-track issues that arise at this stage We also provide you with your own dedicated Comfort Manager to assist, advise and translate where required.
SCC will ensure your property is handed over without unnecessary delays, to the standards agreed and according to your specifications and instructions, checking also those little details that are often overlooked. This also applies to new extensions and the completion of renovation work.
Services offered:
- Liaison between yourself and your builder, who will usually be Spanish-speaking
- Checking for snagging issues and providing reports and action plans
- Connection of utilities: electricity, water, gas, telephone
- Payment of local taxes and insurance
- Thorough cleaning of the property post-construction in preparation of your move
- Help with logistics
